Design
We start with an on-site consultation to better understand your needs. Are you looking for a full new build (front yard and back yard), back yard renovation, or commercial project? We ask a lot of questions to understand how the space will be used, your preferences on materials, and your envisioned lifestyle for the space. We then do a full survey of the property, which means we measure the lot and any buildings, including the house, shed, and any other structures. We take all of the survey information and consultation information and come up with a layout and landscape from there.
A scaled concept design is created and presented to you. We believe that in-person presentations are the best option to allow our clients to truly connect with our vision.
Our sketch and design process includes up to 2 significant revisions to the design. After that more changes can be made but an hourly fee is charged. We are more than happy to provide a suggestion of materials at this point, with the knowledge that the material choice does not yet need to be finalized.
The goal with our designs is to come up with the most functional and aesthetically pleasing final design for your space. With this in mind, we consider, what is the lifestyle of your family? What stage of life are you in? Do you want a yard that is low-maintenance, or even no maintenance? How many people would you like to be able to comfortably accommodate?
As we answer these questions, that helps us come up with a range of features that can be utilized, including flowerbeds, lawn, paving stone, driveway, planters, gardens, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and anything else required to create your dream outdoor space.
Irrigation
Our goal is to help our customers figure out the best way to add moisture to their plant materials. Our work ranges from new installs with high-efficiency sprinkler heads, to enhancements in flowerbeds.
We direct our customers toward high-efficiency solutions, like changing from a broad spray application to a drip application. We help both commercial and residential clients understand what the most efficient watering methods available to them are.
Old misting systems lose up to 3/4 of the water by spraying it up into the air; we prefer to work with inground sprinklers and drip applications to deliver moister directly to the roots of your plants.

We work with most material manufacturers. However, 29 years of experience with installation and the understanding of materials has influenced our preferences for our customers. We have strong opinions on hardscaping because we want our customers to have the best fit, finish, and longevity of product.
What do we think makes the best products for our customers? The quality of concrete used, design consistency of the mould, and the quality control of the manufacturers. We have access to over 100 different types of hardscaping materials, so there is no limit in choices.
OUR SUPPLIERS
Lighting
Lighting enhances your outdoor living and provides another level of charm and ambiance to your property. Did you know lighting can be used to create privacy as well? It can! Through privacy lighting screens.
We work with low vault LED lighting with sensor timers or with GPS location technology to automate your lighting systems.
Design placement, wiring, install, timing setup, and programming. We'll take care of it all for you and then walk you through how it works and how to use it.
Concrete
We do both commercial and residential concrete building driveways and walkways. We build for longevity, which is why we use commercial standards in all our projects, including residential ones.
